At Nebard, we are committed to providing high-quality digital services tailored to meet your business needs. As a service-based company, we strive for client satisfaction, but we also understand that disputes may arise. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services (customized strategies, digital marketing, design, development, consulting, etc.), refunds are generally not provided once the work has commenced. However, we do offer refunds in specific, limited circumstances as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Service not delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeline and no substantial work has been done.
  • Duplicate payment: In case of accidental double payment, the extra amount will be refunded.
  • Project cancellation (by client):
    • If cancellation is requested before any work has started, a full refund may be issued minus any transaction charges.
    • If cancellation is requested after partial work, a partial refund may be provided based on the amount of work completed.
    • If cancellation is requested after substantial work, no refund will be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Services already delivered or in active progress
  • Domain name registrations, hosting charges, or third-party software/licenses purchased on your behalf
  • Customized design and development work
  • Time-based consulting or strategy sessions once rendered

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please send an email to hello@nebard.com with the following details:

  • Invoice number
  • Reason for refund request
  • Supporting documents (if any)

All refund requests are reviewed within 7 working days, and eligible refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original method of payment.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our service, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issue amicably. Most issues can be resolved through effective communication.

6. Changes to This Policy

Nebard reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Please review it periodically for updates.
